GK75A Power Supply
Power Supply is source with high voltage generator designed for devices of active ionization. Its set-up and operation is simple in use and does not need any additional care. It is possible to supply the operation for more than one static bar.
There is a protection card inside of Power Supply for the system security in case of short circuit. Power Supply cuts down current and disables circuit in connected to it high voltage cable of ionization devices or ionizer. That provides longer life and safety to the transformer, what is inside of power supply.

GK75/A02 Power Supply

100HZ Power Supply

Application
Paper Folding Machine Application Sheet
Although paper is not normally associated with static problems, during printing, the paper is dried and the moisture levels drop considerably leaving the substrate susceptible to static charges. When paper is introduced to a folding application such as an MBO folder, the charge on the substrate can cause jamming which will lead to down time and loss of production.
By positioning two (one either side of the web) PULSElectronic ionising bars across the web prior to entry into the folder, you will neutralise the substrate to ensure that the material will fold correctly.
Further Additions may be made depending on how much static is generated during the folding process. Static bars can be added at the transfer point and the exit point to ensure that the collation area is static free.
About Static Electricity
Static electricity refers to the build-up of electric charge on the surface of materials. Materials are made of atoms and normally are electrically neutral by having an equal number of positive and negative charges (proton and electron).
The phenomenon of static electricity occurs when the negative and positive ions imbalance has place to be. This imbalance happens when two materials (atoms) being in contact gain or lose electrons which may move easily between them. Electrons leave an excess of positive charge on one material, and an equal negative charge on the other. When the materials are separated they retain this charge imbalance.
The static charges remain on an object until they either bleed off to ground or are quickly neutralized by a discharge.
