Single Anti Static Blower
Single anti-static blower with one fan is designed to neutralize the static charges over a large area. Due to high technology used in design it became possible to produce more efficient results to solve the static troubles, even in high-speed applications. Single anti-static blower comprises an integrated fan system for increasing ionization distance and supplying enough air flow. Air flow can be adjusted to suit specific application with variable fan speed. It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast discharging time. Single anti-static blower separates air molecules to positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and then transport them in the direction of charged objects by the air apparatuses.It attracts in effective range the opposite charged ions of any statically charged product. Application
Thermo-Forming Machine Application Sheet
During the thermo forming process, the polymer is heated to form the product. As the product exits the mould, the material will cool causing the molecules to rub against each other which generates the static charge.

About Static Electricity
Static electricity refers to the build-up of electric charge on the surface of materials. Materials are made of atoms and normally are electrically neutral by having an equal number of positive and negative charges (proton and electron).
The phenomenon of static electricity occurs when the negative and positive ions imbalance has place to be. This imbalance happens when two materials (atoms) being in contact gain or lose electrons which may move easily between them. Electrons leave an excess of positive charge on one material, and an equal negative charge on the other. When the materials are separated they retain this charge imbalance.
The static charges remain on an object until they either bleed off to ground or are quickly neutralized by a discharge.
