High voltage distributors are designed to make easy connection in high voltage applications. The new devices are available as 1 in 1out, 1 in 2 out, 1 in 4 out, with and without resistor. It became possible to work with many electrostatic products at the same time and there is no risk to be exposed to high voltage current any more.

Connection 
Installation of High Voltage Distributor is very easy. Fix the HV Connectors to output of the Static Generator. After that each port of Connector will be ready to be connected to output of Multi Power Distributor.

Bag Handling Charging Application





 














When reinforcing the handles on plastic bags, a further sleeve is added for strength. This sleeve can repel from it set position due to static charges on ether the bag or the sleeve itself. This causes misalignment, wastage, down time and rejects.

After the sleeve has been positioned, you can induce a charge into the material using a PULSElectronic charging system. This will hold the sleeve while the thermo weld is completed and prevent wastage thus increasing productivity.

About Static Electricity

Static electricity refers to the build-up of electric charge on the surface of materials. Materials are made of atoms and normally are electrically neutral by having an equal number of positive and negative charges (proton and electron).

The phenomenon of static electricity occurs when the negative and positive ions imbalance has place to be. This imbalance happens when two materials (atoms) being in contact gain or lose electrons which may move easily between them. Electrons leave an excess of positive charge on one material, and an equal negative charge on the other. When the materials are separated they retain this charge imbalance.

The static charges remain on an object until they either bleed off to ground or are quickly neutralized by a discharge.
